I've had a few bad experiences with tenants but I've also had some good ones. Credit checks, references don't always tell you what you need to know about a potential tenant. There are not many resources for us landlords to refer to so that's how I came up with this website

The more that we use this site the better resource it will become. I've already graded many of my past tenants. It's fun and user friendly. Don't be afraid to go back a few years just make sure you remember your experience with that tenant, if you do go ahead give them a grade!
